The Phantom Futa’s Official Origin
by Rexxon and Futa Fan
Jamie Blair grew up in the suburbs outside of Freedom City and spent her youth reading comics, dreaming of one day becoming a superhero. Jamie had no powers of her own but that did not stop her from training constantly to become the best hero Freedom City had ever seen. Although her older brother Eric mocked her hopes of becoming a superhero, her father Barry, a comic book artist, encouraged his daughter’s dream and taught her how to think and act like the heroes he depicted. He even arranged for Jamie to attend martial arts classes much to the consternation of Jamie’s mother Stephanie, who worried what these wild ideas would do to her daughter’s future.
Jamie proved to be exceptionally talented at the martial arts. By the time she was a junior in high school Jamie had already won two state championships in mixed martial arts fighting. Having been taught by her father that heroes must be strong in mind as well as strong in body, Jamie pushed herself to excel academically.
Much to her mother’s relief, as Jamie grew older her dreams of superheroism faded away a bit. Still driven by a strong sense of right and wrong, Jamie applied to and was promptly accepted by the criminal justice program at Freedom City University.
One night when she was walking back to her dorm after a night of partying with her friends Jamie Blair was attacked by three men. They pulled her into a dark alley with the intention to rape and rob her but Jamie proved too much for them. Her years of training paid off and she dispatched each man with incredible ease and swiftness. Although she tried to put the incident behind her, Jamie’s mind remained fixated on that one night. The sense of empowerment, the thrill of combat, and the satisfaction of seeing her would-be attackers arrested, knowing that the streets were a little safer thanks to her.
Soon afterwards, Jamie spent her nights patrolling the FCU campus in a makeshift purple costume. The college newspaper named her “The Purple Phantom” and her popularity as a local legend grew.
After a few months in the spotlight The Purple Phantom craze was at its peak and Jamie Blair loved every minute. She appeared in costume at various events around campus where she signed autographs and posed for pictures with her fans. Though she was careful to always wear a traditional superhero mask Jamie Blair was unable to keep her true identity a secret from one obsessed fan.
With the help of modern facial mapping technology, Clint Adams, a security guard at FCU, was able to narrow down the identity of The Purple Phantom by using all the images of her online as references and comparing them to the college’s student registry. Once he figured out who Jamie Blair really was he began stalking her, learning her patrol patterns at night and school schedule during the day until Clint finally made his move.
At the height of her popularity, The Purple Phantom was invited by the mayor’s office to be the guest of honor at the grand opening of the Aztec Mythology exhibit at the Freedom City Natural History Museum. Once Jamie arrived in costume, Clint Adams emerged from the crowd demanding she expose her true identity or he would blow up the whole exhibit, including all the guests, with the makeshift bomb-vest he was wearing. Seeing no other option The Purple Phantom was forced to comply and reveal herself to the public.
Overcome with joy Clint Adams got down on one knee and professed his love for Jamie but thanks to her quick reflexes and years of training she used that moment of vulnerability to tackle Clint, sending them both into the Aztec exhibit room. This gave the mayor and the rest of the hostages a chance to escape from the museum before Clint detonated the bombs.
The explosion tore apart the museum and both Clint Adams and The Purple Phantom were destroyed in the blast. The public mourned the death of their hero while her family mourned the loss of their beloved daughter and sister. Distraught and hounded by the media, the Blair family left Freedom City behind to start anew.
Unbeknownst to them all, the night of the museum bombing, a lone figure emerged from the rubble. Against all odds, Jamie had miraculously survived the explosion. The centerpiece of the Aztec exhibit was a golden fertility idol shaped in the image of Chicoxoqtl, a hermaphroditic goddess. As Clint Adams’ bomb exploded, Jamie was sent flying into the idol of Chicoxoqtl, drawing the attention of the goddess. Sensing Jamie had a greater destiny ahead of her, the goddess intervened to save her life.
Chicoxoqtl used her vast power to halt the flow of time so that she could bestow her blessings upon Jamie. With a kiss that held both the tenderness of a mother and the passion of a lover, the goddess shared a part of her divine essence with the wounded Jamie Blair. The arcane magic of the goddess transformed Jamie’s body, as a penis and testicles sprouted from her groin.
Using the phallus as a conduit, Chicoxoqtl poured more of her essence into Jamie, granting incredible powers to the young hero including great strength and resistance to harm. Being a goddess of fertility, Chicoxoqtl’s blessings were all fueled by sexual energy. To ensure that she would never be completely vulnerable, Chicoxoqtl also endowed Jamie with an impressive libido.
Having worked her craft, Chicoxoqtl restored the flow of time and left the mortal realm.
While Jamie’s newly manifested superhuman durability saved her from being killed, the force of the explosion was great enough that she still suffered a serious concussion that resulted in retrograde amnesia.
Jamie was left with no memories prior to waking up in the rubble of the ruined museum. Dazed and confused, she stumbled into the dark alleyways of the city’s derelict industrial district. Her costume had been nearly disintegrated by the explosion and Jamie was almost naked as she wandered into the seedier part of Freedom City where she was confronted by a local gang.
Taking advantage of Jamie’s memory loss, the gangsters attempted to rape her. However, Jamie’s years of martial arts training were still intact somewhere in the recesses of her mind and aided by her new superstrength, she quickly beat the gang members to bloody pulps. When one gang member pulled a gun Jamie hurled a bolt of energy at him, melting the weapon to slag.
Surprised by her own fighting prowess and unnatural abilities, Jamie took shelter in an abandoned warehouse as she tried to remember who she was. Her thoughts were interrupted by the shocking realization that she had grown a fully functional penis and testicles to accompany her vagina.
Her mind still jumbled after the severe trauma of the explosion, bits and pieces of superhero comics began to mix with her own memories. Combined with the revelation she had received martial arts training and had superpowers, Jamie came to the inevitable conclusion that she was a superhero. She constructed an origin story for herself, believing that her family had been murdered and that she had since dedicated her life to stopping criminals as a costumed vigilante.
The woman once known as Jamie Blair and the Purple Phantom refashioned herself as The Phantom Futa and set out to once again wage her eternal war on crime.
The Phantom Futa
Name: The Phantom Futa
Secret Identity: Jamie Blair
Civilian Aliases: Jennifer Bassett
Superhero Aliases: The Purple Phantom, FusionGal, The Incredible CockGirl
Appearance: 5’7”, 127 lbs, toned muscle, blue eyes, blonde hair (Wears a purple wig when in costume)
Powers:
The Phantom Futa’s powers grow and manifest as she becomes aroused, essentially becoming more powerful the hornier she is. With even minimal arousal The Phantom Futa develops superstrength, near-invulnerability (though she can still feel pain), the ability to fly, and to project concentrated energy beams from her hands.
(Editor’s Note: The chemicals the brain produces to cope with stressful situations via the flight-or-fight response are similar to those produced during sexual arousal, which is how she was able to activate her powers and survive the museum bombing. Likewise, when the gang attempted to rape her in the alleyway, her flight-or-fight instincts were triggered and her powers were activated again.)
No one, not even The Phantom Futa herself, knows the extent of her powers. If she does not relieve herself then her powers could grow indefinitely but as this happens she begins to lose control.
In this aroused state, few are able to match The Phantom Futa in physical combat as her strength and durability enable her to fight opponents many times her size and mass. Her flight speed approaches supersonic levels and her energy blasts can melt through bank vaults. Combined with advanced martial arts training, keen intellect, and sharp reflexes, The Phantom Futa is a dangerous foe for any criminal.
Her only true weakness is that when The Phantom Futa cums, she loses her superhuman powers until she can build up and sustain an erection again.
Equipment:
To help stimulate and regulate her powers The Phantom Futa’s suit contains a highly advanced codpiece that is lined with sensors and microscopic vibrators. When the codpiece is activated The Phantom Futa can become almost instantly aroused and maintain her erection for an extended period of time thus giving her almost unlimited access to her powers.
The Phantom Futa’s mask, despite its simple design, is in itself a technological marvel. Her domino mask is lined with nanocircuits that broadcast a jamming signal that makes it impossible to capture the Phantom’s face on electronic media. For example if someone were to take a picture of the Phantom with their phone camera, her face would appear hazy and distorted (though the rest of her body would still appear). The jamming device does have a drawback in that its effectiveness is limited by range. A camera positioned sufficiently far away can still capture the Phantom Futa’s image. The jamming device also does not affect older film cameras but few people carry such devices in this day and age.
In combat, The Phantom Futa sometimes makes use of a lightweight yet extremely durable titanium staff that can collapse into a small cylinder that fits in her palm for easy storage. The staff can be split into two shorter staffs for when fighting multiple enemies. The Phantom Futa can also channel her power through the staff, enabling it to shock opponents on contact.
Alias:
The Phantom Futa established a civilian identity for herself as a member of the Freedom City Historical Society named Jennifer Bassett. Her position in the society gives her access to all the city’s historical records including building plans and schematics of the underground tunnel networks.
Jennifer Bassett’s specialty is in preserving historical landmarks. This makes for a handy alias because The Phantom Futa’s battles often threaten historic buildings and landmarks, so few people question it when Jennifer Bassett appears to inspect the damage left in the aftermath of one of her fights.
Base of operations:
The Phantom Futa uses an abandoned lighthouse located on Pelican Bluff, midway between Freedom City and its suburb of Hancock as her hideout. The centuries-old lighthouse once guided ships passing into Haven Harbor but was rendered obsolete with electronic navigation technologies. Due to the inhospitable location at the top of rocky cliffs overlooking the river and centuries of stories claiming the site is haunted, few people dare to venture there.
The Phantom Futa expanded the basement of the lighthouse and with the aid of her techie Hiro Hwang installed computer systems, a crime lab, gym and training area into the newly-made space.
Allies:
Hiro Hwang (16): a Korean-Japanese prodigy, Hiro showed an aptitude for inventing from an early age. When he was thirteen he accidentally built a miniature death ray after a failed attempt to design a device that could evenly heat Hot Pockets.
When a supervillain kidnapped him and forced him to build a larger version of the death ray to attack Freedom City, The Phantom Futa rescued him. In the scuffle the death ray became unstable and threatened to explode and wreck the city. Hiro’s quick thinking helped The Phantom Futa shut down the death ray and save the day, leading the Phantom to offer Hiro a chance to join her as her partner in crime-fighting.
An ardent hentai lover and a horny teenage boy, Hiro eagerly accepted and now moonlights as The Phantom Futa’s armorer, supplying all manner of high-tech gadgets and tools for the low, low price of seeing some side-boob once in a while.
As a cover for his parents, Hiro works as Jennifer Bassett’s intern at the Historical Society while actually taking residence in The Phantom Futa’s headquarters to monitor her remotely and provide technical or scientific support.
Chief Vera Wick (42): the venerable leader of the Freedom City Police Department, Chief Wick has seen everything and then some. In her younger years, Wick became a founding member of the FCPD’s Extranormal Crimes Squad that was established to deal with the growing level of superhuman crime in the city and fought everything from alien incursions to apocalyptic death cults.
Wick’s dedication to her job is rivaled only by her immense libido which has only increased in her later years. Unfortunately her intimidating stature and bottomless sexual appetite has negatively impacted her romantic life.
Wick is both distrusting of The Phantom Futa but also hugely attracted to her. She sees in the Phantom an individual who might finally be able to satisfy her sexual urges yet also undermines the justice system she serves.
Lisa LeGall (27): an outspoken social activist opposing corruption and crime in Freedom City, Lisa has earned a reputation for getting in trouble in the course of her investigations. More than once, she has been captured by a supervillain and held hostage after trying to uncover an evil plot.
After The Phantom Futa rescued her several times, Lisa formed a friendship with her. Lisa now uses her network of informants to supply the Phantom with the latest intelligence on the status of the criminal underworld. Finding The Phantom Futa’s blend of male and female strangely attractive, Lisa enjoys flirting with The Phantom Futa while working together, even at inappropriate times.
Mayor Montague “Full Monty” Montgomery (50): Freedom City’s long-serving mayor has a reputation for flamboyant dress and planning extravagant social gatherings. He also has had a chain of romantic affairs with both men and women, most of which end up in dramatic breakups.
Although he is constantly being caught in the tabloids for one thing or another, he is still one of the most popular mayors in recent memory, not only because his antics amuse and endear him to the public but because Mayor Montgomery is in fact a skilled politician and an effective negotiator. He was responsible for renewing many dilapidated sections of the city and attracting dozens of new businesses. Never one to let his many vices control him, Mayor Montgomery has resisted many attempts of bribery, blackmail, and threats to his life by the many criminals unhappy with his reforms.
Having grown up in Freedom City right as the first superheroes emerged, Mayor Montgomery is a strong supporter of The Phantom Futa, much to Chief Wick’s annoyance.
Freedom City
History:
Freedom City was once known simply as Freedom, one of the hundreds of small towns that sprung up across the countryside as settlers moved west seeking fortune in the Gold Rush. Unlike other boom towns that died once the mines ran dry, Freedom endured by being a major hub for those journeying miners. Travellers moving west could stop at Freedom and enjoy a hot meal, a hot bath, and thanks to the town’s surprisingly modern sexual liberalism, some hot companionship before continuing their trek.
Many of these miners ended up staying rather than going further west, and so Freedom continued to grow even after the gold rush ended. Eventually the town became a full-blown city and continued to thrive into the 1900’s. Prior to the outbreak of WWI, many local businessmen sensed opportunity and invested in munitions and heavy industry, bringing massive factory complexes to Freedom City. These factories in turn drew thousands of laborers and the city continued to expand.
However, as with many other great cities, the shadow of the Great Depression hit the city hard. Factories shut down, thousands lost their jobs with each day, and a general malaise settled over the once optimistic populace.
It was at this time that crime began to become a major problem for the city as mobsters took advantage of the financial depression to seize control of the government, the police and buy out the few businesses that managed to survive the crash.
The rise of the mobs and the immense police corruption led several frustrated citizens to try taking justice in their own hands. This led to the appearance of the first superheroes in Freedom City. The efforts of these vigilantes slowly fought back against the crime and corruption, allowing the city to regain some life.
Unfortunately, the presence of superheroes naturally brought with them supervillains and crime continues to be a major concern to this day.
Victory Square: the physical and spiritual heart of the city, here is where Freedom City pays tribute to its history and builds towards its future. Many major attractions can be found here including City Hall, one of the oldest buildings in the city; Endeavor Towers, a skyscraper building housing thousands of business offices; and the recently upgraded Freedom City Police Headquarters.
Eureka Boulevard: the City’s intellectual and cultural center. The prestigious Freedom City University is located in this area along with the Freedom City Natural History Museum and Columbia Theatre House. Another place of note is the Tesla Research Center where scientists conduct cutting edge experiments in super-science, including studying how superpowers work and reverse engineering recovered alien technology.
Southgate: Freedom City’s wealthiest residents make their homes here in luxurious apartment complexes. Numerous shopping centers and trendy outlets are also present here.
Haven Harbor: Freedom City sits on a major waterway at the intersection of three different rivers. Ships carrying goods stop by the city’s northern docks to unload their cargo but often carry guns, drugs and other illicit materials smuggled in by the city’s various criminal organizations.
The Industrial District: dominating the western half of the city, these factories were once the city’s lifeblood, employing the vast majority of its residents in its manufacturing plants. Following the Great Depression the area fell into disrepair and even though efforts were made to revitalize it, crime is still common.
The Commerce District: home to the Freedom City Stock Exchange, the Freedom Gold Reserve, Superior Insurance Building, and countless major corporate headquarters, this neighborhood is where Freedom City carries out much of its business and trade. Although police presence is high in this area, the many banks and businesses that line the streets of the Commerce District are always a tempting target for villains looking for a big score.
The Dead End: the poorest section of the city, these slums on the eastern side are filled with the homeless, the unemployed, and the criminals that take advantage of them. Drug dealers and prostitution are commonplace here and the gangs control the streets. Few cops are brave enough to patrol here, even during the day.
Downbelow: Underneath Freedom City is a network of old maintenance tunnels, subway lines, and sewers. When the city upgraded its infrastructure in the 1990s the old systems were essentially shut down and abandoned. These tunnels have since become an underground world inhabited by the homeless, criminals, and all manner of outcasts. There are rumors that mutated creatures inhabit these tunnels but these are widely regarded as an urban myth.
Fort Hancock: a suburb located directly north of Freedom City and the hometown of Jamie Blair.
Liberty Valley Penitentiary: a humorous contradiction in terms, the city’s prison is not in fact located in a valley and its residents are not free. It is instead located at the peak of a tall hill at the city’s northern edge and is surrounded on all sides by fifty-foot high walls and electrified fences. This complex is one of the largest superhuman-only prisons in the world. Many of the Phantom Futa’s enemies are locked up here kept under heavy guard. Power dampener fields and suppression cuffs help neutralize metahuman abilities and many of the guards drawn from the military rather than conventional law enforcement.
